DELIVERY

• Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Standard shipping can take up to 2–4 working days within New Zealand and 5–8 working days to Australia. International delivery may take longer depending on the destination.

• Customs fees, duties, or any applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility in accordance with New Zealand customs regulations.

• All parcels require a signature upon delivery.

All jewellery is carefully packaged in a protective pouch.

RETURNS (under NZ Consumer Guarantees Act)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or believe it is faulty, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Non-returnable Items:

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully and contact us before purchase if you have any questions.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn

• In the same condition as received

• In its original jewellery box

• Securely wrapped in a well-sealed padded envelope

We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service for all returns. Samapura is not responsible for items lost in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

All our jewellery is handmade and carefully quality checked.
If your item is faulty, please return it within 7 days of receipt. You can choose between a refund or an exchange.

In the case of confirmed faults:

• We will reimburse your return postage costs.

• Please return the item in its box, securely packaged in a padded envelope.

• Use a tracked shipping method.
