Care Guide
Loved for years.
Samapura pieces are handmade with delicate macramé cord, gold-plated beads and semi-precious gemstones. A little care goes a long way — here's how to keep your jewellery looking beautiful.

Do
Everyday habits
Handle with clean, dry hands
Oils and lotions shorten the life of gold-plated beads and metallic yarn.
Store flat, away from light
Keep pieces in the pouch they arrived in, in a cool dry drawer.
Rotate your stack
Wearing pieces in rotation lets each one rest and hold its shape longer.
Don't
What to avoid
Avoid water
Remove before swimming, showering, washing dishes or exercising heavily.
Avoid heat & direct sunlight
Extended UV exposure fades gemstones and weakens the macramé cord.
Avoid perfume & lotion
Apply beauty products first and let them dry fully before putting jewellery on.
The Ritual
A three-step care ritual
01
Wipe gently after wear
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove any oils from the metallic thread and gemstones.
02
Rest between wears
Lay your bracelet flat overnight to let the cord relax back to its shape.
03
Store in its pouch
Return each piece to its Samapura pouch — this keeps stones from scratching each other.

Gemstones
Every stone is unique.
Because each gemstone is natural, no two are identical — colour, inclusions and pattern will vary from piece to piece. That's part of their character. Softer stones like pearl and moonstone are especially delicate; keep them dry and store separately to avoid scratches.
