Samapura respects your privacy. We only collect the personal information we need to process your order, answer your enquiry, or send you the emails you have asked for.

What we collect

Your name, email address, delivery address and order details when you shop with us, and your email address if you sign up to our mailing list.

Email marketing

When you subscribe, you are giving us permission to send you marketing emails such as new arrivals, offers and gemstone stories. Our emails are sent through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and we will stop sending marketing emails straight away.

How we use your information

To fulfil orders, provide customer support, improve our website, and send the communications you have opted into. We never sell your information.
