About Green Sandstone

Green Sandstone is the stone we reach for when the intention is ambition and vitality. Every Green Sandstone bracelet is strung bead by bead onto hand-knotted macramé cord in our Bali studio, so the stone sits directly against the skin where you notice it through the day. Because Green Sandstone is a natural material, its green-toned beads vary in tone and marking from one strand to the next - two bracelets are never quite the same, and that is part of the piece.

How to wear it

Each bracelet closes with a sliding macramé knot, so one size adjusts from a slim wrist to a larger one and slips on without a clasp. Choose a gold or silver finish to suit the rest of your jewellery, then wear Green Sandstone on its own for something quiet, or stack two or three stones together when you want the colour. Beads come in 6mm for a finer look and larger sizes for more presence.

Caring for it

Green Sandstone keeps its colour best away from water and chemicals. Take your bracelet off before swimming, showering and sleeping, let perfume and sunscreen dry before putting it back on, and wipe the beads with a soft dry cloth now and then. Stored flat and dry, the cord and stones stay looking new for years.
